Winter pork

Deposits are now being accepted for winter pork orders.  Pigs have been fed an exclusive diet of organic grain, spoiled organic produce from Green Door Gourmet, and Annie Acres milk.  They will be ready for pick-up mid/late January 2018.  Please email with specific questions.

  • Whole Pork Package - ($750) includes all cuts in vacuum-sealed packaging, approximately 125-150 lbs.  $100/deposit
  • Half Pork Package - ($375) includes 1/2 portion of all cuts in vacuum-sealed packaging, approximately 65-70 lbs. $50/deposit.
  • Specialty Package - (TBD) includes multiple cuts in vacuum-sealed packaging.  Specific packages will be outlined further into the season (Ex. Breakfast - Sausage, bacon, and ham cuts, etc.) $25/deposit.
  • Single Purchase - (TBD) these will only be available after all packages have been satisfied and will include any remaining cuts, if available.  

Fall broilers

Fall Broilers will be available in a limited quantity for 2017.  Whole birds will be available for pick-up around the second week of November.  Please email with requests for specific quantity and any questions.
